I remember reading on here that they were ok as they are mainly milk and are low sugar etc.. This was a while ago though so want to double check before I have any.
I've tried Sainsbury's own equivalent and they were nice
It said on the box that they have added calcium so I thought that may be good for me as I'm not having much in the way of milk or yoghurts.
I'm sure they are Sarah I am only 5 days out and had half of a mini milk yesterday with no problems. I only had half because I was unsure but I will be having a full one today, it was delish!!

Oh mandy this is music to my ears...i'm so sick of cuppa soup, squash and bovril..i know even my beloved bovril is wearing thin with me. Gonna have to get the sugar free jelly made up i think for a change.
How ya getting on hun?

I had mini milk ice lollies post op and still do. They are a welcome change, not too big and are very tasty.
You can definately have a full one.
I also like those long ice pops. You can get no added sugar ones and they are really refreshing. Not that I got much of a look in with them........... my dog wizzy goes crazy for them!
