Missed an appointment feeling bad

I should have attended a bariatric surgery group session Thursday and totally forgot about it omg I'm worried now that it will effect my surgery. I really need this!

Just contact your hospital and speak to them. The group sessions are usually to give you information and arrange your next appointment.

They may be able to give you this and arrange your next appointment or they will put you on the next group session

I agree with helen, give them a call explain what happened, im sure you didnt mean to not attend and they know how important it is to you, so please dont worry too much
