Mobile phone contract help

Hello all

Just wondering if anyone can help - me and my hubby were running out of contract so went into the 3 store to upgrade. We both upgraded to newer model phones and 3 said they would be starting us on new contracts and cancelling the remainder of our existing phone contracts.
We have now received 4 bills (2 each for the last 2 months) from our old contracts and now our new contracts. 3 are saying they we're never informed they should cancel our other contracts and we still owe them 2 months worth, each for our old contracts as well as our new contracts?!
Anyone any ideas?
 
Hmm bit off, I thought your old contract would end (if its a upgrade) then the new one start,

"3" can be funny gits at times and not always clear as to what is what, Give them a call and tell them your not happy what so ever and you want it sorted xx
 
Well my fella has had a letter citing his old number syaing if he doesnt pay the bill they will cut him off, he rang to explain it should have been cut off 2 moths ago - so they have cancelled it all and classed it as an act of miss selling, when asked if they could help with anything else, we went through that same story with mine, and they said my case would have to be investigated! They took 5 payments from me in Sept, well 3 direct debits and billed darren for 2?! Grrrrrrrrrr

I moved well away from 3... I had poor service and no end of problems... get hold of a Manager and sort them out... I had to do exactly that.

Then I have moved over to Vodafone and for me, it's been great, I have 3 family phones on my contract and upgrades, good deals and I'm very happy now.

I found 3 very difficult to work with and I had to get everything sorted out with them and then move on...

Hope you get it sorted love, you don't need any stress at the moment xxx

Lol Bev, I agree but they have always been OK for me (up until now) I have been with them for about 4 years - but if there has ever been a problem, it has been very hard to sort out.
I wish I could walk away but have literally just signed this 2 year contrat with them. I would love to get out of it, but dont know how?! :(
 
Hahaha... Kelly... it's a limited minutes and texts arrangement... anything over... they pay! haha....

Sal, if you take it higher and get it thrashed out you may get better results... it's awful if you feel unhappy with a new contract and they really should look after you, you have lasted well for four years and they should sort this, I know they were not easy to deal with when I had issues, but I had hoped that they had resolved them, I am never afraid of a challenge if I know I'm right... good luck Sal and let us know... xxx
 
my dad bought my phone and pays my bill, i am really grateful but i didnt ask him to, he just did it off his own bat bless him, he is such a big softie!
