Got dietitians appt where I had to loose 7lbs for. Reading through the paperwork from 1st appt I was 99.6 kilos. when I got weighed for pre op assessment I was 92 kilos have I done it because I dont understand the conversion. Thanks.

1 kilo is equivalent to 2.2lbs so having lost 7.6kg you have actually lost 16.72lbs
