Have u not pureed sunday lunch down and cauliflour cheese, cod in parsley sauce is nice, fish pie and thing like that with sauce or gravy on are ok to have, i used to have low fat custard with pureed fruit, s/free mousse or whip to make up yourself, ready brek, weetabix, stew lots of things really, depends what you would ahve normally ate. I found that my diet was relatively healthy before and i exercised it was my portion sizes that were bad, i have a lways had fresh fruit and veg and meat any of these can be blended an dmade puree with different flavours. xx Try something new you might like it xx
