Successful michelin starred restaurant meal on friday night. Michel Roux.
Duck pates starter, small forkful, beautiful moist cod with canneli beans & romanesco type sauce, 3 large flakes, 1 floret of broccoli, few beans, waiter gave me tiny selection of different french soft goats cheeses, managed tiny tasteof each. Had small glass of wine but only drank tiny amount. Felt full butnot sick. Had such a lovely time & boyfriend ate rest of my meal. Hecan eat anything & not gain weight. Lucky beggar.
Admit I could not eat anything yesterday but kept up my fluids & got 15g protein from low fat caffe latte drinks.:553:

Thx I am taking it slowly but rising to thechallenge mydietician set me. Currently cooking boyfriend james martins slow cooked roastshoulder of lamb, cauliflower cheese, mixed green veg & roast potatoes. Might try a pixie portion of veg later & tiny bit of lamb if very soft & tender.
