Moving today argh!

Hi all am moving today and super stressed!
Was just thinking this time last year I wouldn't of had the energy to do this all on my own! Feeling super proud of myself! Yay me! Lol
When clearing out my larder and store freezer was surprised by the rubbish I used to eat and what stuff now turns my stomach with just the thought of eating it! Oh how times change!
