Muller Lite Yogurts.

For anyone on the yogurt and milk pre-op diet Morrisons have Muller lites on special offer at 12 for £3. Not sure how much longer it will be on for as I got some the other week, but was still good yesterday as I picked up 24. Flipping good offer making the 25p each instead of the usual 60p. Hope that helps someone.

There are some lovely flavours as well. I wasn't sure if I could have them as diet said natural or fruit flavoured but nurse said yes. Lovely!!! Lemon cheesecake and vanilla with choc bits are my fave. FAT FREE as well. Wooohoooo

Ah thats a shame Im sure they are on offer on Tesco too!

My daughter loves them but for me alas they randomly have animal gelatine in them so I dont eat them. Also they contain a fair bit of fructose and artificial sweetners

Can any one tell me what the pre opp diet consists of or where I can look for it please. xx

Lots of hospitals use different pre-op diets, some are only allowed milk but mine had 4 choices. The two choices I've used as I can use a different one each day as long as I stick to it all day are; 4 tins of ww soup or other low cal soup, 4 muller lite yogurts, 200ml of semi skimmed milk. Or 4 muller lite yogurts and 2 pints of milk.

When you have your pre-op the nurse should give you your pre-op diet sheet. Which hospital are you having it at. Someone on here should know which diet you will be given.

im starting pre op diet today so off to morrisons to get in the essential yogurts and fruit oh and the low fat veg soup - they recommend home made but does anyone one know which brands are suitable for the pre op diet? x

Anyone know what the current deals are for Muller light's at Tesco at the moment? I know they are 4 for £2 and 2 multi-packs of 6 for £5 in Sainsbury's, I just wonder if it's worth going to Tesco instead so I can stock up before the liver shrinkage diet starts on Thursday!!

Chocolate and coconut is one of the limited edition flavours and it's not always available, and is only available in the single pots. It is worth it if you can find it!!

Managed to answer my own question! 2 packs for £5:50 or 12 for £3 if you buy singles.

Think I'll be off to Tesco's tomorrow as they also had the coconut and chocolate flavour!
