my 3rd appointment

hello all, its only 3 days till i go back to srh. excited and nervous, i have lost target weight thank the lord. so hopefully i will walk away with a definate operation go ahead, time dragging lol will let u all know what happens.

Sometimes the waiting for dates can be the hardest part, but hopefully you will get to the next stage on your visit.

thanks jane , i was getting very depressed trying to get my target weight , but managed and only 3 days to go so slimfast meals till then .
