My Achievements this year....

On the first of Jan 2012, I weighed 28st 13lb.

Today, I weighed 18st 13lb, so this year I've lost:

10st in a year
7st 2lb in 6 months
5st post op

And am under 19 stone for the first time in over 20 years!! :8855:

Wow Sarah that is just amazing! You should update your stats to show from when you started the journey because that is just so inspirational, you've done incredible, especially losing so much before the bypass. Most of mine has been since because I just couldn't do it with out it. You've managed to do both well done, what an amazing year for you - just think what you'll weight this time next year? that goal will be smashed for sure xx
