My auntie is having bypass as we speak

My auntie has gone down for her gastric bypass at 1.15 and we have been told she will be 3-4 hrs she was so nervous bless her so fingers crossed she will be fine. X

Thanks iv been to visit her and she looks really doped up but very well considering she had a hernia removed to so took longer she does look a little grey but she feels sick she was sipping water and spraying dry mouth spray she will be back to sleep now as she was still very tired she kept asking what time is it when we told her it was 7.30 she said it was 1.30 a min ago lol she said she's in no pain at all x

Thanks everyone and she had her opp at north tees in Stockton I'm having mine at James cook iv got my next appointment which is the 30 July but the nurse said if I lose all my weight before I can ring her and see if I can get a eairlier appointment how many appointments did you have before you got your date

i carnt belive my aunt is coming home today only had opp monday afternoon she also had a hernia removed at the same time as the bypass anyone else heard of people only staying in a short time x
