So here I sit in the Premier Inn Bromsgrove feeling pretty blooming excited tbh!! I have to arrive at Dolen Park at 7am and I wanted to take this opportunity to thank all of you fabulous inspirational ladies who have shared your stories and invaluable posts and threads.

I look forward to being in the band and only hope I'm as successful as many of you have been, I am so ready to change and cant wait!

:thankyou::thankyou::thankyou::thankyou::thankyou:

Good luck joujou :) :) :)

bless you sleevegirl thanks, it seems you wont be too far behind me either!!! just think how we'll be by Christmas yaaaaay

I will be waiting with baited breath as I am hopefully having the same procedure later in the year. Good luck and let us know how you get on x

Good luck just think this time tomorrow you'll be on this side thinking that's not to bad and your journey begins there will be ups and downs there will be moments were you'll think what the hell have I done but the best bit is when someone out of the blue will say gosh you've lost loads of weight you look good
It will happen and you will remember it but you'll forget those bad days as they become less and less and life begins to become a wonderful adventure and your just opening the magic door give it time and learn to work with it I became best friends with my band but after losing 9 stone I had external problems and had to change to a bypass but I do Miss my friend
Any way gone on too long good luck I will be thinking of you tomorrow and all of us to will I know
Take care sleep tight and tomorrow brings nerves and small pain but it gets better day by day

Hi joujou I just wanted to wish you good luck and a speedy recovery I was in your shoes 7 days ago I had my op at THG in Birmingham last Tuesday and I think I've just turned the corner as starting to feel normal again but still very tired. Try to get a good nights sleep for your new journey that starts tomorrow.
Lisa x
