:) Well fun is finished for now......Will be keeping my fat feet out of the kitchen from tomorrow morning and my chubby fingers out of the fridge .I still have to do the family shopping tho so they might be eating healthier from tomorrow >>>> :hitthefan:..............well too much temptation has to be avoided .:479:So if u spot me creeping away from the slimfast aisle tomorrow:busted: and c me lurking by the biccies .....send me firmly on my way !!!!!! :lost:

Well here is my food diary .
8am milky coffee
midday Tin Heinz chicken soup (all i have in )200 cals
5pm tiny cup of bovril 10 cals sm cup of soup 25 cals
8pm 2 lowfat jellys 110 cals
activia yoghurt 100 cals
830 pmhot choc from mcds i know its naughty but at least wasnt a burger dunno cals ?
930pm 2 Tins BGTY chickpea and spinach soup 400 cals
Always go bed with a full belly

start my pre op on 10th of 2x 200g of yoguart (low fat) and 3 litres of milk aday i think doing this is going to be harder than stopping smoking x

im supposed to be doing milk as well didnt have any in today so improvised .xxxx semi skimmed from tomorrow x
 
Today I have been running to the loo all day .What is with all the peeing ??
Been hard not to eat today .Here is my day .

8.30 am 1 x bovril 10 cals
9.30 cup of tea
11 am 400 ss milk with nas crusha
1 x calin cherry yoghurt 115 cals
1x low cal jelly 10 cals

1.30pm 400g tin bgty veg soup 140 cals

2pm little low fat custard and low cal jelly 120

4.30 pm 100g ham 115 cals
1 roasted chicken thigh no skin
1 cup options hot choc 60 cals

In a real eating mood .Gonna distract myself now by looking at inspirational pictures !!!! This is really tough

I plan to end my day with a milkshake !!!!! Saving that for 9pm

Ok ...today went well .
Had options hot choc for brekkie 60 cals
Went out with a friend .Had a lge gingerbread skinny latte dunno cals .Then had nothing all day .Was absolutely starving n mega grouchy with it .Couldve eaten someones hand off .
Tonight had low cal soup 230 cals
2 plain toast 200 cals
low fat jelly with rasperries 100 cals
Calin cherry yoghurt 100 cals

tonight had a tuna salad no dressing .200 cals
slice of plain bread 100 cals
options hot choc 60 cals

Today has been ok.
My date has been changed to 4th DEC which is my sons birthday .Im gonna look positively on this as a good omen .Gonna carry on with the preop diet obviously not so strict .Im about to have butter on my toast (sin)

230pm crab sticks and pastrami 500cals
5pm cup of tea 2 buttered toast 300 cals
