My journey so far..

I had my seminar on 24th july given 5.8kg to lose. i have my 2nd appointment on 30th this Friday with the bariatric nurse.
Today I went along to my weekly weigh in from my weight management lady to find I've hit my weight loss target plus 1 pound all in time for my second appointment. I'm so pleased with myself for achieving this I just hope the nurse will be as pleased!
All in all since 24th June I've lost 2 stone 3 pounds which is a number I've never managed in the past. It must be the the support I'm getting from going to weight management and the fact my family are so pleased I'm doing this.
It's been hard to get here but there is no way I'm going back now! Slimmer me here I come!
