It's a bit kacka, but i guess I'm going to have to get used to the texture. It's orange and peach flavoured, hence the name and I suppose it's better than some of the other options out there.

The froth is a bit off putting like. So I strained it though a little nylon sieve, that helped a bit. I might do the mixing in yogurt thing.

Well today I tried a scoop of the powder mixed into some Total 0% Greek yogurt. Better, but still that funny artificially peach flavouring which has an aroma of the gas in chemistry gas taps!!! Blehhhh!!!:spit:

Like I said - it's very individual.

The protein I use is called Syntha 6. It mixes really well and tastes lovely. I've only tried the chocolate and strawberry so far and they're both great. A lot of protein powder tastes vile and mixes equally as bad so do shop around. Ask for some samples; many high street and online sports suppliment shops will offer them. Amazon.uk sell protein and also include customer feedback so you can read-up and get the 'low down' prior to making a purchase. Its a common problem finding 'shakes' that mix well and taste good.
