Ive just joined this site....for a ticker and for the food diary thingy....

Anyone else using it or finding it helpful?

I've worked my way around the site, and find it really helpful.

Most sites like this either charge or the food items are all american. But this one I've found to be really easy and free!.....Nice to have it as an App on my phone too.

Shame this site doesnt do all the added extras it does....but I use this site as the forum/blogging site, and that one for the food diary, trackers, calorie counters etc

Thats exactly what this site is, its a forum for support!

MFP is excellent but an entirely different beast.

A lot of members on here use it but can I just remind people not to swap user names etc on here. Threads can be googled and you wouldnt want your user name falling into the wrong hands. Private message is the safest way to do this
