Nausea

Happy Friday everyone!!

A questions from me. I had my Roux n Y last wednesday. Everything is going well except, I have this sicky feeling. Well it's more like a film or coating that is sitting on the back of my tongue/throat. I have tried all kinds of different drinks and they all make me feel the same.

Is this normal? What did you do to help this?

Hi, I’ve had the same op as you and I’m now 5 weeks post op and I feel sick most of the time, but I’m taking anti nausea meds and they seem to help quite a bit.

The hospital gave them to me then when I ran out my Dr’s gave them to me, it’s a tiny pill I drop into a drop of water!

Ask your Dr’s for some? If your interested I can give you the name of them, I take 1 in the morning & one early evening just before I have my dinner.
