came home last night, sat down.....nothing new..saw some opened post on the table....didnt think anything of it...

hubby has just said "did you open that letter yeterday hun"
me...OMG what letter!! havent seen ANY letters....

so in a panic, im opening this letter, thats handwritten on the envelope...i see a H (possibly Heartlands?????)

by this time im tearing it open...soooooo excited!!!






To find out its from HALFORDS!!!!!!!!!!! resolving a complaint with a free interim service!!!

I could have cried! im now finding this hilarious....

My car gets serviced for free....yet i dont

well...to be fair i hadnt even thought about the postman!! i spoke to the doctors receptionist last thurs and she said it was all done through a system and i would recieve a phone call....so havent even thought about the postman!!!

BUT i have now....Bwahahahahahahaha (and he thinks he has to worry about the dog )
