Hi guys

Went in for my pre-op assessment last week and all seems fine. Just waiting for a date now, they have said December or January.

Will I need to see any of the bariatric team again before my op and do I need to keep my weight maintained?

Firstly good luck.

Unfortunately I really don't know the questions to your answers - as I went through a different process, but I would expect maintaining or even losing a little weight will help

I hope so too. You have to work really hard with it though. I can't say my weight-loss has been phenomenal (my op April 2010), however I've the rest of my life to lose my weight ... if you see what I mean?
