how do i upload a weightloss ticker i have done it beofre but just tryed again and i must be doin it wrong somehow lol ive got my ticker but just dont know how to upload it thanx in advance guys lin.x

As u have already got ur ticker here are the next steps x

1. Make sure u copy the BB code for ur ticker
2. Come to the site and on the top left side look for user cp
3.Scroll down to settings and options, then edit signature
4.You will see a box saying edit signature
5. Put ur cursor in the box, right click on paste and ur ticker will appear in the box
6. You can now either scroll down and click on preview to see how ur ticker looks, then click on save or just click on save signature, then ur ticker will be in ur signature.

Hopes this was not 2 confusing am not very good at giving instructions lool x
