try and get low fat ones...remember fromais frais is a cheese, so only have one... i buy munch bunch for brekkie and later in the afternoon i have a fruit yogurt..weight watchers. Look at the label on the muller yogurts as some oftemare higher in sugar than some yogurts... also in tesco they do a fat free low sugar yogurt called Irish yogurts... they are really nice and come in a green pack of four different flavours xx
Hi, I can recommend the Irish Yoghurts mentioned by Rayne but from memory they have bits in them so not sure whether that is okay for you at this stage. Take care. Cheers,
im on the pureed stage.. and i dont really like yogurts with bits in... the irish yogurts do have bits, but i just suck the spoon lol... so the bits get put back in the tub xx
Oops by dessert ones I meant the mousses they were lovely pre-op but I tried them once early post op & didn't feel well although I didn't necessarily dump. Another thing on the list to try at a later date as opposed to the list of avoid at all costs as I didn't dump despite high levels of fat & or sugar.
ive started to find that the yogurts are a bit sweet for me, so mid afternoon instead of a yogurt im now having a tiny bit of mashed banana... which is strange as ive never liked bananas!! lol
hey jonnywin I was very emotional in the first 2 weeks crying, saying I've made a big mistake but now 3 weeks out i'm feeling great. i'm getting used to the new way of eating and drinking.
