was reading my post op diet sheet and for the liquid stage one of the things is nesquick chocolate milk, does this sound ok? what about the other flavours as it doesnt say any others?

Nesquick is fine but the sugar free ones only as normal nesquick is high in sugars & could cause a dumping situation.

NAS Crusha is better imo, I hate trying to get rid of all the powder particles ;)

But yes, if you're going to have milk a bit of No Added Sugar mix won't hurt.

I have never seen the nas ones in asda, will have to have a look as I have only managed to find nas strawberry and raspberry crusha just wanted a mix of flavours, I am a banana girl.

i didnt know nesquick did a nas version... ive got the nas strawberry crusha x

Just found it on asda website does it sound right?

does it say what the sugar is per 100g?

The NAS Strawberry Crusha:

per 100ml of mixing syrup:

29KJ/7kcal
0.2g protein
1g cards (0g sugars)
0.3g fat
0.07 sodium

Given that's per 100ml and you use about 25ml per serving then it's fairly negligible. You should treat milk + NAS Crusha as ordinary milk in your diet.
175ml of milk + 25ml of NAS Crusha = 85kcal.

I love milk, it's been a major source of protein for me atm.
