I guess I'll need to buy a scale huh? I've never owned a scale.. I'm a little nervous:eek: . I heard that it can become addicting. Is that true?

Yes it's very true.....I get weighed toooo many times daily, I get weighed when i get up, then i take of my pyjammas and get weighed again, then again when i have had a wee....Then when i have got dressed.....then before i go to bed.
It's not a problem for me but obviously it's not normal behaviour xxx

i bought my first set of scales in yrs a couple of months ago, and the first week i did mess about, weighing myself at different times of the day, dressed, in pjs, etc. but now i just pull them out every week to 10 days or so. my weight loss has slowed right down, so theres no point doing it any more. im glad i bought them cos i geta better idea weighing myself on the same set of scales, rather than doing it on everyone elses.

i just got a boots own one amy, its a digital one, and its great, it cost me £17. but i have seen some a bit cheaper than that since in other shops. but i like mine cos there very flat and dont take loads of room up. id reccommend getting digital ones cos theyre a lot more accurate, and mine flash 3 times when its the correct weight, which i assume they all would, but look round and see if you can get them cheaper. good luck huni, hugs xx

Hi Amy... you are not alone on this one... I've had scales around and never used them for years... then for my birthday a few weeks ago, I asked for a new set and a new start... I have the weight watchers scales... around £15... I think they came from Argos and they are really good and look modern... like clear glass... love and hugs... and GOOD LUCK... Bev xxx
