new and wanting some info

Hi I'm Sharon I'm 43 and have had a weight since my late teen. I can loose the weight but it ALWAYS comes back worse than before. I'm having a consultation with Mr Shaw Somers next week for a gastric sleeve. I've done a lot of reading about the procedure but would love to hear from anyone that has had surgery under him if possible if not any personal experiences of this surgery would be greatly received.

I'm not under him I'm NHS but I've lost 10 stone with my sleeve and I love it.

Hi and welcome. Mr Somers is one of the best bariatric surgeons there is. You will be in very safe hands. I used his partner Guy Slater for a bypass rather than a sleeve. The whole experience with those guys was brilliant. Best of luck and let us know how you get on
