hi I've been on this path for a while now have now seen all of the mdt team
The mdt had there meeting last week and passed me now waiting for one more appointment to see dietician then it's surgery
How long is st marys waiting time from now
Mixed emotions now

Hi, from having the group meeting with the physiologist it took approx 3 months till mdt had the meeting

They said I must have a dietician group meeting before surgery Mrsa swabs etc 2hr appointment
Also 1 more question after a sleeve do you know how long is an estimated safe to fly

Oh I have no idea regarding the flying but some people have their surgeries abroad and then obviously fly back after just not sure of the days.

I fly a lot and I was told I couldn't fly until August and I had op in May xx
But as starryeyed said people fly back from country's after ops abroad
I think they just want you to be healed before you travel abroad ...
The people who fly after they've just had their op are travelling back home so if they incur any problems they can see their GP ...

I spoke to a nurse today too and they said approx 8 weeks, it's not planned till next March fingers crossed I get a date soon
