Congrats on such an amazing weight loss. You are going to love this forum everyone is so nice.

Hi Lynn - :welcome2:to the forum!

Well done on all your weight loss - you have done so well.

I`m afraid stalls are part of the process, but don`t be downhearted, as the scales will move again for you before long.

There are a lot of help and tips on here; have a look at some of the diaries etc; and you will soon find something to benefit you. :)

Take care hun x

Love Kat x

Hi Lynn and :welcome: to WLS, you have done brilliantly since your surgery! Unfortunately stalls are par for the course but dont worry you will start to loose again very soon :D XX

Well done on your weight loss so far Lynnbo. I'm sure that your stall will come to an end soon. I always view them as my body's way of telling me it needs time to adjust, or that I need to change some of my excercise routine/eating habits to give it a kick start.

Hello and welcome!

Congrats on such an amazing weightloss, you must be incredible chuffed with yourself! xxxx

What a brilliant weightloss, you must be proud of yourself, I'm sure your stall won't last much longer and the weight will continue to come off you.

Andrea
