Hi newbie here also from Essex - Chelmsford. Got my Op date yesterday of 1st Feb - private sleeve.
I'm day 10 of the liver diet - low fat low carb - it's been hard but used to it now, actually gone off food totally not even craving anything. It's just the boredom of the same thing everyday that now finding difficult. This forum has been a real inspiration - reading everyone's stories & successes. Excited & nervous about op mainly to my other health complications ( large benign adrenal tumour) the reason it's been 5 yrs since I first looked into WLS. Anyone else had their op at Springfield hospital?
