Hi I have been attending ld hospital since March I have had my third appointment and am know on the practice milk diet ,can anybody tell me what happens in my next appointment please I am back 14th June?

It really depends on which journey you are on if you are on the 12 month journey then just seeing the dietitian again and seeing if you can maintain the weight loss till the end of the term req then released on to teir 4. well this is my journey.

Thankyou yes I'm on the year 4 tier one I suffer with osteoarthritis in my knees and the hospital needs me to lose weight ,so they can operate and give me a knew knee,I have tried loads of diets weight to go Jane plan, Atkins all with some results then got bored and put it all back on + more.
