New Measurements

Just done my measurements 10 weeks since I did them while on the pre-op liver shrinkage programme and here are the results.......

Bust -6.5 inches
Chest -4 inches
Waist -5.5 inches
Hips -6.5 inches
Thigh -4 inches
Calf -3 inches
Ankle same
Upper arm -1 inch
Elbow -1 inch
Wrist -1 inch

A total of 32.5 inches lost across my body to go with the 4 stone that have gone (although that was over a longer period of time)

Thanks ladies,

Despite all those inches lost I've only gone down by one dress size however, I did try on one pair of size 20 M&S trousers the other day and they did do up - though the camel's foot was not a pretty sight to behold!!!

Oh well, it's all onwards and downwards from here as they say!!
