My name is michelle, I am from Ireland but living in London since 1989, I have lost 5st since January doing weight watchers propoints, I am considering having a tummy tuck once I have reached my goal hopefully by this time next yr (or sooner) I know I probably won't have it funded as it would b for vanity reasons mainly.
I am looking for ways to fund or pay in installments or other options available to me,

Anyone have any tips or advice please as I don't really know what next steps to take, I still have about 3 stone to lose atm
