Well been away for a couple of days. Prior to decision to have WLS was struggling to get into an Evans size 32. While away went into M&S and managed to get into a size 24 fleece, and also Evans 24 jeans. Didn't buy either, but felt terrific and now know that won't be that long before I have so many more options than Evans! Isn't WLS amazing how it can motivate us to change our lives for the better!

It most certainly is :) congrats to you!

I think the changing clothes size is always such a benefit and motivator. I've still be in my largest size clothes, until a pair of trousers fell down while out dog walking . . .was only when I actually tried on a different pair at home that I'd realised that I'd lost 3 sizes . . .

The brain doesn't seem to catch up does it? lol Although I spent a couple of hours this evening sorting through the wardrobe, bringing out anything of size 30+ and then sorting out the other three into size 28's, 26's, 24's and 22's ~ I don't know about you, but I've gone up and down so many times in my weight loss that I've never got rid of any clothes so at least I have some to start with LOL

You're going great :)

:talk017: congratulations brollie

Moving down the sizes is wonderful! (We all remember how awful it felt to move up!). Smaller sizes are definitive proof that we are thinner, that we really have lost all that weight. Our heads do indeed take longer to 'catch up', but five, ten or more clothes sizes smaller don't lie.

Enjoy this marvellous feeling!
