New to this! West Kent PCT

Hello everyone!
My name is Rebecca, I've never been on a forum before let alone post a "thread" ?!
My doc referred me for bariatric surgery last Monday, my bmi is 45 but I have major ankle trauma from serious accident 3 years ago- 3 ops later it's still broken and have post traumatic arthritis! Hence need to lose weight quickly for full ankle replacement :-( cannot exercise!
I'm hoping I get accepted/funding- my criteria under the referrals process looks as if I fit, does anyone else here have experience with west Kent pct? And if so, what are the times, processes etc?
I hope I've done this right!
