New wrapper....

I am new to the site - thank goodness I came here, I really need to talk
I am 41, 25yrs of yoyo-dieting & feel that the only option to jump of the merry go round is WLS, its like a dirty secret, though my BFF has had a band fitted 2yrs ago & lost 7stone - I can lose but cant keep it off!
My mum is really unhappy with me and my kids arent keen but have to accept as theyre kids!
BUT I feel really really really positive inside - like I am about to re-take control of my life, but forever rather than a 'diet'!
Anyway, I will def need some buddies through this journey xxxxxxxxx
