New year....New me!!

Well what a year 2012 has been, made one of the biggest decisions and had my bypass in January! So much has changed I feel so much more confident, healthy and I am totally enjoying life. So from starting 2012 at an inflated 19stone 10 I will be finishing it at a deflated 11 stone. Hope you all have a fantastic new year much love xxxx

Good luck everyone, it's not easy at times but the tough times seems a small price to pay for the results and confidence you will gain! I now weigh 11 stone and tbh am happy to stay at this weight xxxxx
