Hey guys I am new to this website. I had the gastric sleeve on Dec. 13th. So I am 5months out today. I have lost 110lbs. I just feel like I need some support in this journey. It is hard for me to make the meetings that my hospital provides. I do have some questions. I guess once I play around in here and when I figure it out I will post some questions.
