Hey guys everything went well today! I go tues for the appt with the surgeon! I can't wait! I am in the process of quitting smoking and it's killing me! Any suggestions?
 
I'm getting the sleeve on 12-29... As for the smoking I can't help u there because I never smoked... But I assume our kind friends on here who have gone through that process can help... Good Luck!!!
 
I would say ask your gp for some Champix tablets for the smoking. I quit over 3 yrs ago after smoking for over 30 yrs. I smoked 80 a day......yes 80!! I had Champix and I found them really brilliant :D Good luck hun, its deffinately not easy but well worth it. A few of the ladies on here quit with the patches too so you know that both work if you set your mind to it. :D XX

I know smoking is a real bugbear if you want to give up; I found in the end the only thing that worked for me was hypnosis, eight years later and I hav`nt sniffed a fag!
