I'm Bex am 27 am having the gastric sleeve done.
Got my op date through at the weekend 2nd of april!
Been waiting and fighting for this for so long, its taken 3 long years of seeing dieticians, psychologists, attending groups but its finally nearly here.
I'll admit I am scared as hell but I need this.
My current weight is 139kg when I started it was 162 kg
I start the preop liver shrinkage diet on the 19th march 10 60cal yogurts a day and a pink of semi skimmed milk, finding it hard to find yogurts with 60cals in only ones I can find is weight watchers.
