Hi John and :welcome:

Congratulations on successfully having your bypass and I look forward to following your journey.

We have an enormous amount of bypassers on here, so if you have any questions relating to your surgery, I`m sure someone would soon come along to help.

You will probably be feeling the effects of surgery for a little while yet, so just take it easy and give your body time to recover.

If you look at the green heading above there are different pull down boxes to help you find out information. Once you have done 50 posts you get more preferences and choices.

Good luck for the future John - take care hun x

Love Kat x
