Hi I'm a newbie to the forum. 19th gastric balloon being fitted, so excited but nervous. It's fitted Friday and back at work Monday will that be long enough x

Hey lovely people! Well I was only really nauseous for a couple days and feel nearly normal. The only part I'm struggling with is I really really really really really want to eat and physically can't I could cry I'm so frustrated x

So sorry just seen your MSG!! I'm so bleugh!! Fustrated to death that I want to eat but I'm unable too, I'm struggling because a bit part of socialising in my life is food, so I've not been going out roll on January for the removal but plus side 1stone 6 off so far x

Melissa, well done how long have you had it in now?? I'm a week down and just started to feel normal!!!
I'm hoping that I keep losing steady I'd like another 5 kg before I go back to Cyprus, but I'm not holding out as I can't exercise as I feel sick!!!

The last week has been difficult, but well worth it so far, I feel better already!

I think that the food socialising thing is something that I'm going to have to think about too.... But.... Just think its only until January for you!!! Eat soup or chicken salad !!
