Hi everyone , just had my gastric bypass on the 29 th August a couple of weeks down now . Fed up with puréed food now . Anyone got any nice recipes .
 
Hi Michelle, welcome to the forum, glad the operation went well. Pureed diet is a *****, I have just finished my 4 weeks. Sorry no great recipes, but I did start sneaking some Dutch crisp bread's in week 3/4. They give a bit of texture and crunch, but still turn to mush in your mouth.

You should introduce yourself on the August 2015 Surgeries thread, we all had our ops last month, very friendly bunch.
