I know I only went to L&D on friday for my 4 week milk diet check up but I couldn't wait so I've just called to see if my surgeon's appointment had been made and it has !!!
I'm going to see surgeon and anesthetist on 11th April woohoo.

That's fantastic, I had to wait 5 months from the appointment till my surgery date so hopefully as your man is new it will be quicker than that,
