no appointment letter from SRH

Anyone got an email address for Kim Common at Sunderland Royal Hosp? I have the phone number but it always goes to ansaphone.

I got a date/time for my next check up over the phone last week (after phoning them to say I'd not heard anything) but I still havent got a letter confirming my appointment time/date - I don't want to get to reception to find out that they won't see me without one - would be just my luck!
