I agree with Tracey, you're not eating enough hun, and only eating twice a day will slow your metabolism right down which is why you're not losing anything. People are often under the misconception that the less we eat the more weight we will lose, but unfortunately it doesn't work like that. Our bodies need energy (food) just to function and depending your weight, can be as much as 1500kcals a day before you even start thinking about any form of exercise, even day to day stuff like walking up stairs etc.
You need to increase your food intake and aim to eat something every 2-3 hours, so breakfast, lunch & dinner with a snack between each and a hot milky drink before bed. I think if you do this you'll find the weight comes off slightly easier. Good luck hun xx
