no loss for 3 weeks argh!!!!!!!

i have come to a stand still 5 months post op im at 14 stone 6lbs and cant seem 2 get off it ive been to the gym more worked out harder but nothing have any of you guys had trhe same bit worried now to be fair

I am in a similar situation, No Loss for 3 weeks :-(
Although I have been staying under 1200 Kcals a day and doing my walking and swimming.

BUT,, I do admit I have been making BAD food choices,, slider foods and carbs.

Sop yesterday I had a fluid and protein day only.

breakfast 1x medium boiled egg * a Fortimel Protein shake

Lunch: Mini Babybel Light & half a grapefruit (NO sugar)

Dinner: Low fat yoghurt. Sugar free jelly & Fortimel Protein shake

Extras 200 mls of semi skimmed milk

Lots of sugar free drinks.

Got on scaled today,, result I lost 3 Llbs overnight :)


May try to stick to this one - two days a week and see how it goes.

Brad its probably just a plateau as you shoudl be too early to be done yet.

Its often just a case of shaking things up a bit - drink more water, eat more protein and as daft as it sounds, if you are already really good with your fluids and your protein then sometimes relaxing your strict rules slightly can help to get things moving again.

Keep going - It'll start to shift again eventually.
 
hi brad, im in the same boat at the moment not lost anything for 1 month and ive been out of hospital 4 months. im starting to get worried now and ive still got a long way to go yet. please can anyone give us some advice.
 
I'm the same didn't lose anything for 4weeks then lost 1/2st, not lost anything for 2 weeks now. i stick to under 1000 cals. and i walk 2miles a day. and i still got 10st to go.
 
Dont be scared to up the cals!More protien and milk to top the cals up to 1200 for ladies and a bit more for the guys.The weeks I eat more I lose better,try it and dont forget exercise will make you weigh heavy!
