At a dinner party last night I was told by a lifetime skinny man that the secret to staying slim is simply not to eat between meals!
If only I had met him earlier I would never have needed to diet let alone go through WLS.
Isn't it annoying how so many skinny people think they know it all? I had a similar thing happened to me yesterday, someone telling me that the only reason they're not overweight is because they don't eat between meals...
Wonder how they know? Did they try eating between meals and find they put on weight?
Funny how small ppl think they know the answer to eternal skinniness innit. Couldn't possibly be to do with genetics and circumstances
My personal favourite is "just eat less and do some exercise".
Really? I'd never come up with that one. Hallelujah, it's a miracle! Fat be gone, I'm cured!
its a bit like those lucky sods who have lived to 100 and swear the secret of their longevity is cigars and lard sandwiches for breakfast... it really doesn't work for everyone.
