none moving ticker

I have made a ticker to count down the days left till my surgery, why doesnt it move down each day by itself?

i have well not everyday. Is it me just being stupid then? but the none weight loss ones dont have a password or username so i have to start from stcratch everytime, so the slider doesnt move.

nobodys sliders move on there own... i only put my weightloss on mine.. so i change mine every friday when i weigh myself x
