I everyone only just found this site!
I've had a gastric band since sept 2008 and lost 9 stone, I had a complete defill 15 months ago as I wAs half way through pregnancy and started to find restriction difficult anyway I have my 19month old daughter now and need to get the last 5stone off! I have just had a 3ml fill at Manchester royal (I had my band privately in Belgium at a great place! )
So I'm
On day 9 of being refilled and it's going great still on mushy food stage I'm trying to stick to slimming world friendly food as much as possible!
