Yes ladies i have to agree it is difficultgoing back to work and getting your head round this eating and drinking regime, fitting it all in is difficult at first until you geta routine, my hardest thing is like onion said haed hunger you know its break n you think you should have something to eat. We have split luches at school it either 12.20 to 12.50 0r 1.20 to 1.50. If it the later 1 i struggle cause i like my lunch around 12ish like i would at home not hungry but think should be having it then. The last couple of weeks i have got to work then had a dizzy sweating light headed attack type of dumping i guess, without stomach cramps and diaorrhea, i am luck enough to be based in a room wher we have some soft seating so if it comes on i lie down now til it passes when it starts to improve i have a coffee and a ginger snap and it rights things again. I think it could also be blood sugar, going all night without food then having breakfast don't know wether it goes through so fast my blood sugar just drops or raise not sure but not a nice feeling, disturbs my vision bit as well, boss is only sympathetic when it suits otherwise make you feel like a burden the first timwe it happened she never left her office just shouted if not well go home, what was the point of that when i knew it would pass within half an hour and before the kids came in, just plain nasty she is some days. Never mind i understand how hard it is girls, just have to keep plugging a way at it. xx
