Seeing as its International Stroke Awareness Day, I thought I'd share one of our patients stories with you all. He has made an amazing recovery, and I'm so proud to be part of the team that helped him get there.

I can only see the description of your team not a case study Paula. The programme sounds excellent. My great uncle was a hospital in Stoke for many months after his stroke until he died. The care was wonderful on the ward too.
