Had my sleeve yesterday. All went well, no pain, no complications, hoping to go home tomorrow yeah!

Thx guys. Home & happy. But OMG the medication bag is soooo heavy. I am dizzy trying to work out what I have to take & when.
Struggling with my water today so have added a little sugar free squash & it is helping. Gonna try some consommé later.
Can't believe my fear preop but it was fantastic & the doctors & staff were fantastic. I was so lucky that my staff nurse (a petite 12) told mr on my first night that she was 1 kilo heavier than me when she had her op in 2010. I nearly fell out of bed in shock. She was so helpful during my hospital stay.

It makes the whole thing soo much better if the nurses are nice, i was lucky Pandora came to keepme calm just before my op and the theatre staff knocked me out quickly which stopped me getting wound up to much.
Keep sipping hun, i found nas ribena has been great

i havin my sleeve op next thursday and hope my journey goes as well as yours seems to have. rest up and look after yourself.

Uuuuuuuurgh I drowning in all this water. Honestly all you pre Oppers I was so frightened but there was nothing to fear. Was even joking with surgery staff in the theatre before they put me under. Never had an op in my life so was the fear of the unknown. I have such aLow pain threshold I usually go to bed if I break a nail.
You will all be fine. Good luck with your ops.
